One of the easiest ways to reduce stress and anxiety in your daily life is to make sure your schedule is organized! Seems simple, right? Especially when we have so many digital options to schedule appointments, give us reminders etc. But for many reasons, this remains a struggle for a lot of us.
In my opinion, it is always more fun and motivating to complete more dull or boring tasks when you are working with something beautiful and stylish.
